Shipping, Returns and Privacy
1) SHIPPING
ARTICLE 1: SHIPPING TIME
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. The average shipping time is 3 to 5 days depending on the items you ordered. Please note that some of our products are made on demand to ensure the best quality. In this case, the shipping time can be extended.
We ship your orders from various international warehouses (USA, China, Europe). If your order includes several items, these may be sent separately, depending on available stocks and the shipping warehouse. You will be asked to return your order to our shipping warehouse in case of a return. Please refer to our return policy to start the return process.
If you want to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible: info@offwrld-techwear.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. No demand can be canceled once it has been shipped.
ARTICLE 2: DELIVERY TIME
Please note that due to COVID-19, our shipping times may have delay depending on your country.
2 to 3 weeks for the USA and Canada. (12 to 21 working days)
1 to 2 weeks for European countries. (7 to 14 working days)
2 to 4 weeks for the rest of the world. (14 to 28 working days)
If a momentary out-of-stock condition of a product occurs, the delivery time could be a little longer. Please note that your items will be delivered within a maximum of 60 days during a health crisis. Any item received outside this time frame will be refunded upon request.
In case of delay of your package, OFF-WRLD Techwear can not be held responsible.

ARTICLE 3: DUTIES AND TAXES
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, but the customs tax on international shipments can be applied depending on your country and the customer's respocustomer's
ARTICLE 4: CASES OF MAJOR FORCE - COVID-19
Because of the current health crisis, many parcels may arrive longer than usual. There may also be more time between tracking updates. This has been driven by the current health crisis, the broader increase in parcel numbers, and COVID-19 restrictions across countries, impacting deliveries and services.
The delivery time announced in case of major force (such as COVID-19) is a maximum of 60 working days and valid from the receipt by the buyer of the mail of dispatch of the order.
Orders exceeding 60 working days without delivery will be refunded.
2) RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another item within 14 days of receiving your order.
If 14 days have gone after the delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
NOTE: We do not provide a shipping label on returns.

Please note that in case of an error on your part in the package's return address, OFF-WRLD Techwear will not be held responsible. We invite you to read the return instructions carefully to ensure the proper reception of your parcel and guarantee your refund.
SEVERAL ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE:
* Gift cards
Once issued, gift cards are not eligible for a refund. By purchasing a gift card on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions of the item's sale.
* Masks
For health reasons, masks cannot be returned or refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
REFUND (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If your items don't fit you perfectly, you may ask to exchange items. Please note that you will be responsible for return costs. If you need to exchange your order, email us at info@offwrld-techwear.com
DAMAGED ITEMS (if applicable)
If your items are delivered damaged, please email us at info@offwrld-techwear.com so we can reship your order.
Please note that if the customer damages an item after receipt, it will not be eligible for a refund.
OFF-WRLD reserves the right to refuse any abusive requests.
GIFTS
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note that you must provide us with a tracking number for all returns.

Upon shipping the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text messages operator to fulfill their delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent or use the unsubscribe link we provided in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered reasonable. Message and data rates may apply.
